I beg to forward herewith Draft Ordinance framed in accordance with the Instructions from the Secretary of State contained in the Circular Despatch of the 22nd June, 1872.
The matter it refers to -- however, has scarcely any appreciable importance in this Colony, where all the land is vested in the Crown and held on Crown Leases.
