Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof as follows:
The Queen's Majesty, her heirs and successors, shall not at any time hereafter sue, or implead, or in any wise question, any person or persons for or concerning any lands, tenements, rents, or hereditaments whatsoever (other than liberties or franchises) which he or they, or his or their predecessors, or ancestors, or those from, by, or under whom they do or shall claim, have held or enjoyed, or taken the rents, revenues, issues.
