An Ordinance enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice of the Legislative Council thereof, to extend to the Colony of Hong Kong certain of the Provisions of the Imperial Act 24 and 25 Vict: Cap: 62.
Whereas it is expedient to extend to the Colony of Hong Kong certain of the Provisions of Act 24 and 25 Vic: Cap: 62, intituled "An Act to amend the Act of the ninth year of King George the Third, Chapter sixteen, for quieting Possessions and Titles against the Crown, and also certain Acts for the like object relating to suits by the Duke of Cornwall."
