Hong Kong, where building is the occupation
of
his
office

He is a
Railway Engineer, & the Govt plunges
by
recommends that his special knowledge in this branch of his profession may be made available in some Colony where Railway works may
be in progress.
There is nothing whatever against the Moor son's personal character, & the Colonial Govt has accordingly given him a Gratuity and a passage to England.
It is noted that Ld will look out for
a Surveyor with good knowledge of architecture to fill his post.
