As the Legislative Council was at the point of meeting, I have thought it more convenient to repeal the Ordinance already passed, and to re-introduce it with the amendments referred to in Your Lordship's Despatch
I beg, therefore, to transmit "Ordinance No: 10 of to prevent certain nuisances", and I trust Your Lordship will approve of the course which has been adopted.
