NOTICE.
The special attention of the Public is directed to the under- mentioned Regulations which form part of the Regulations made by the Governor in Council under Section three of the Elec- tricity Supply Ordinance, 1911, on the 13th March, 1917. 33:
34:-
Any person making any addition to any electrical installation connected to the Company's main with- out obtaining the written consent of the company thereto shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding $100 for every such addi- tion."
Any
consumer upon whose premises any such addition shall be found shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding $100 for every day or part of a day during which such addi tion shall have been in existence. In this regula- tion Consumer" means the person in whree name the contract for the sup→ ply of electricity to such premises was made with the Company, or if there be to such person, the princi- pal tenant or person in actual occupation of the premises in which such addition shall be found." Having regard to the possibili- ty of a breakdown of the Com- pany's present plant through unauthorised additions to exist- ing installations the Public is earne tip requested t› co-operate with the Company by bringing to the Company's notice any contraventions of the above re.ulations.
