Lauritsen, proprietor of he Dragon Motor Garage, 25, Des Voeux Road Central, was sammoned for having in his possession 192 gallons of napths without the authority of the Captain Superintendent of Polics. Defendant, who pleaded not guilty, was defended by Mr. F. B. L. Bowley.
