(The Yorkshire Com-) mercial Motor Co.), Leeds, England, under what is known as the Yorkshire Patents," and was purchased new from the manu facturer by the Government of the Philippine Islands in 1913.

All of the equipment is in good serviceable condition and the six steam wagons and three trailer wagons in Manila have had but little use in the past 18 months and have recently been repaired and overhauled in the Government Machine shops and are in first class condition.

The equipment is not constructed so as to conform to the re- quirements of the motor vehicle Law of the Philippine Islands and A condition of the sale will be, that said equipment will not be used upon the public highways of the Philippine Lelands.

Bids will be received for the purchase of all or any part of the above described equipment. The terms of the sale will be cash upon delivery at Manila.
