Since our last repois dated November 10th we have again experienced a rather dull market. As we pointed out last week the rise in exchange and the counter attiecion of sterling investment has had a bad effect on local investment stocks which have been offered for al more freely without much business being done. In the speculative section there has been rather a sensational drop of seven points in Oblas Bagare, but at the close the market has recovered ecmewhat and this sloek is in demand again. Bhipping shares have not undergone much change, Dengleres receding a ocuple of points, closing with sellers at current rates.”
In the North, the Shanghai market chit fly owing to the sightorm of money has been lifeless, sad quotations for all stcoks are more or lem nominal. Plantation rubber, after touching 2/81, at the close is quoted 2/8, market quiet.
