**Balkan Aerial Express." The Neue Freie Presss of Vienna says that the Austro-German Balkan Aerial Express" plan is nearing realisation. The line will be from Berlin `vis Vienna and Budapest to: Constantinople, bat up to present it is uncertain whether Zeppelins or aeroplanes will be used.
