To try them, while it would indubitably be a great hardship on this class of Jurors to be kept away during the trial, perhaps a protracted trial would take them away from all supervision of the important and often pressing affairs they have under their control.

I am of opinion that this Ordinance is one fitted to receive the sanction of the Legislature.
