The Directors of the Toyo Kissm Kaisha hare voted $18,550,000 for a shipbuilding yard and saveN new transpacific steamers, it i understood. Of the new ships, two of them will be the largest and firest passenger ships on the Pacific, having a displacement of 25,000 tons each and a passenger capacity of 1,000.
