Report of the Acting Attorney General upon Ordinance No. 8 of 1872, entitled:

"An Ordinance enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the Advice of the Legislative Council thereof, to further amend the Law relating to Criminal Procedure." This Ordinance was passed to remove doubts which have arisen with respect to the trial of Criminal cases by Special Juries and to make better provision for such trials.
