New York, Dec. 21-The $10,000,000 loan to eight London banks went into effect yesterday, the subscribing banks having paid in their quots to the National City Bank, and the latter has distributed the amounts, to the various depository banks. The eight London banks have began drawing upon the New York
Banks.
