Non-Asiatic or Indian desiring to leave the Colony should apply in writing for permission to do so to the Captain Superintendent of Police, at least 48 hours before the in- tended hour of departure, giving mane, nationality, age, height and occupation of the applicant and stating the name, of the steamer or other vessel or the hour of the train by which the applicant wishes to leave. Applicants should apply in person for their passes at the Central Police Station between the hours of 9 am to 1 pm and 2 p.m. to né p.m. daily.
