called in states - Jome Mahamed.... That he died in Hospital on the 17 July. I produce the Medical Certificates. He died subsequent to the date of the charges being brought against Mr Jun. On the 20 July, Jome Mahamed came to my Office and handed in an application (A) after having previously spoken to me on the subject. I had no further communication with him then.
