More City "Specials" Wanted. So many special constables have resigned from the City plice re -serve to join His Majesty's Forces that the commandant, Colonel J. W. Beningfield, C.C., has issued an appeal to men over forty who THE are physically fit to perform the duty of a special constable. Men under forty who wish to join must produce a certificate of rejection showing that they are ineligible for naval or military service.
