Speculation In Ships Active. There in a most active specula- tion in shipping. The price of abipe is increasing by leaps and bounds, vansele on the stocks being sold and resold several times. The Christiania corres- pondent of the Temps gives an example of this speculation. He says that last November a abipowner of Skien, in the south-east of Norway, ordered a Norwegian shipbuilder at the price of 310,000 kroner. The ship. will not be finished until February next. It has nevertheless been sold four times already. Last. January it was sold for 350,000 kroner, in April for 415,000 kroner, in June for 445,000 kroner,
