The native cloth factories in Waebang have been so success- ful, that it has been found noceB- sary to form another company under the name of the Who Hsin Cloth Factory,
Royal Dutch Petroleum Co. It is reported that the Royal Datoh Petroleum Company is establishing a branch company for the working of a lubricating oil refinery. Land is said to have been acquired for the purpose in the vicinity of Vlaardingen. I is believed that the plan is not new, but had been postponed in connection with the war.
