URGENT SIGNALS.
In addition to the above, when it is expected that the wind may increase to full typhoon force at any moment. the following Ur- gent Signals will be made at the Water Police Station, and re- peated at the Harbour Office :- THREE EXPLOSIVE BOMBS AT INTERVALS OF TEN SECONDS. A Black Cross will be hoisted at the same time, superior to the other shapes.
