It is hereby notifled that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Lease of part of Old Supreme Court Building," will be received at the Colonial Secratary's Office until noon of Wednesday, the 17th day of November, 1915, for the lease of certain rooms on the Ground Floor and in the Busu ment of the Old Supreme Court Building from 1st Decomber, 1915 to 31st December, 1918, subject to certain conditions which can be ascertained at the Office of the Director of Public Works.
Each tender must be accom- panied by a receipt to the effect that the tenderer has deposited in the Colonial Treasury a sum of Five Hundred Dollars (8500) as a pledge of the bona fides of his offor, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if the tenderor refuses to carry out his tender and comply with the above- mentioned conditions, should the tender be accepted.
