URGENT SIGNALS,
In addition to the above, when it is expected that the wind may increase to full typhoon force at any moment. the following Ur gent Signals will be made at the Water Police Station, and re- peated at the Harbour Office:- THREE EXPLOSIVE BOMBS AT INTERVALS OF TEN SECONDS. A Black Cross will be hoi-ted at the same time, superior to the other shapes.
