Barrada, Accountant in the Post Office and a Resolution of your Council recommending him for a Special rate of Pension. In reply, I have to inform you that I sanction the grant of a pension of £158-6-8 to W. Barrado, but I am unable to allow the larger rate recommended, as good and faithful
