It is reported from Tokio that the Department of Agriculture and Commerce has asked the Department of Finance for an appropriation of Y36,000,000 for an extension of the Yedamitsu Iron Foundry. The expenditure is to be spread over six years, beginning with next year, However, the state of the finances will not allow the Department of

Through other Countries he may have received about 10,000 tons. Thete figuren give us a measure of the efficacy of the control established, and the probability of the stories as to the growing scarcity of the metal.
