No. 10 of 1915.
The Undersigned, Hia Briton- nio Majesty's Envoy Extra- ordinary and Minister Plenipo- tentiary, publicly notifies all whom it may concern that it has been decided by His Majesty's Government that delivery of goods already sold to enemy
firms in China must be completed by the following time limits:
Not later than August 25th, 1915, in respect of gonda alrondy In stock in China:
Not later than five days after arrival in the port of discharge in China in respect of goods which left the United Kingdom prior to July 25th, 1915 but which have not yet arrived in China r.
Not later than September 28th, 1915, in respect of goods which left the United Kingdom after July 25th, 1915, but which had been handed to an inland carrier for shipment beft. July 26th. 1915.
Delivery of goods to enemy firms in China will not be per- mitted after the dates mentioned above.

Any European, Non-Asiatic or Indian desiring to leave the Colony should apply in writing for permission to do so to the Captain Superintendent of Palice, at least 48 hours before the in- tended hour of departure, giving name, rationality, age, s01, height and occupation of the applicant, and stating the name of the steamer or other vessel or the hour of the train by which the applicant wishes to leave. Applicants should apply in person for their passes at the Central: Police Station between the hours of 9 s.in: to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to: 4 p.m. daily.
