Of the property left in my hands I reserved for the Relations - A Silver watch, - gold Chain, gold Key, gold locket, gold seal, a signet ring and two gold studs valued at $84.- 1 Chronometer valued at ... , 1 Sextant valued at $16. ~ The two latter I reserved as they would not realise here what they were worth. All these shall be sent to Mrs Evans in due course, to whom I should have written had I known her address.
The remainder of his Effects valued at $199.20 only produced $22.24, have been disbursed leaving a balance of $44.47 which in all probability will be remitted when the Estate is wound up.
I have received no claims up to this date, up to which claims are to be filed is the Dr. August, 1872.
