Singapore June 24.12,20 p.m. A Bill that is being introduced into the Singapore Lagis- lative Council on Friday requires all the men in the Colony who are of pure British birib; between the ages of 18 and 55, to register for purposes of military training.

Men between the ages of 18 and 38 will enter the Reserve, and those between 38 and 55 the Civil Guard.
