The above loan of $14,000,000 is now offered to the Public for subscription in China, Straits Settlements, Philippines, Java, etc., in The share certificates Nos. bonds to bearer of $10,000, $1,000, $100, $10, $5 (with coupons at 2410/2411 for 10 and 25. aharos tached), bearing interest at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum in- respectively, numbered 12739/terest payable balf-yearly on the 12th October and 12th April in 12748 and 35859/35892. inclusive, each year. REGULATIONS OF THE DOMESTIC LOAN OF THE FOURTH YEAR OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA.

Art. 2. The rate of interest of this Loan shall be six per cent per annum (6 per cent.)

The various Agencies will commence on March 15th, 1915, to HOUSEHOLD LINENS, TOWELS, SHEETS,
redeem the 8 per cent. Nanking Military Bonds drawn at the First Drawing.
As stipulated In Art. 16 of the Loan Regulations, the 8 per cent. Military Bonds drawn at the first drawing shall be presented for payment within five years from the date of First Drawing. Any bond that is not presented for payment within the said period of five years shall become null and void.
Holders of the drawn bonds shall hand to the agoncies all the unmatured intereat coupons as well as the bonda, for cancellation. If they do not hand over the unmatured coupons, the value of such
