Military Bonds drawn at the first drawing shall be presented for payment within five years from the date of First Drawing, Any bond that is not presented for payment within the said period of five years shall become null and vold, "00%

Holders of the drawn bonds shali hand to the agencies all the unmatured interest coupons as well as the bonds, for cancellation. If they do not hand over the unmatured coupons, the value of such coupons shall be deducted from the principal due to the holders.
