The report of the above Cam- paby, for presentation to the Shareholder at the tenth ordinary annual meeting, to be bold at the Company's office, on Tuesday, the 9th February, 1915, at 11.30 a.m., stiles:-

The General Managers Lave now the pleasure to submit their annual report and statement of the Company's creounts made up to 31st December, 1914.

The net profits, for the year onded 31st December, 1914, after allowing for Consulting Com mittee'son 1 Auditor's fees, amonat to $58,048.03.

The Geatril Manager recom. mond the payment of a dividend of 10 per cent., which will absorb $27,723.00, wiil⚫f $10,800.00 from the value of the water boats, $800 investiments, $400.00. from the value of pipes and staging, and carry forwar balance of $9,325 03 to the new Account.
