The West Polat Building Company Ltd.
The twenty-sixth report of the General Agents to the ordinary meeting of shareholders of the above Company, to be held at the offices of Mears. Jardine, Mathe- son & Co., Ld. at 1130 m.. en Tuesday, the 2nd February, 1915, is se follows:-***
The General Agents now sub- mit to you a attement of the affairs of the Company, and balance sheet for the year ending 31-1 December, 1914.
The net profits for the year, including the amount brought forward from the previous year, amouot to $55,142.49. From this amount an interim dividend of $2.00 per share has already bean paid, and after writing off direct ors and auditors' fees, it is now proposed to pay a final dividend of 82.25 per share making total dividend for the twelve months of $1.25 per share, and to carry forward the balance $1,407.49 to the credit of a New Pr fit and Lown Account.

The Directors have now to submit to you a general statement of the affairs of the Company, and balance sheet for the year ending 31st December, 1914,
The net profits for that period including $9,500.68 brought forward from last account, after paying all charges ampunt to $450,400.00. From this amount an interim dividend of $3.50 per share has already been paid.
