1. It is hereby notified that during the

continuance of the War all outgoing core respondence must be posted at the Gener al Post Offod'or at any of its Branok

Offices.

A. Ships Officers are strictly forbidden to receive on board their vessols any Correspondente from the Public.

3. Shipmasters are not allowed to place or expose on board their vomsla litter boxes for the purpose of collecting corro pondence; all such boxes fourd exposed on board their vessels will be removed and ● returned to the General Post Office.

4. Shipping Companies must not re- selva from the Public for inclusion in their ships' Papore any but bona fide con- algueos' lettora which should be left open for inspection when required.

5. Shipping Companies should state in their notifications to the Post Office the ∙exnot hour of departure of their vessels in order that the public may have every facility for posting at the General Foat Office.
