The Japanese and German onvoys concluded the capitulation of Tsingtau fortress at 7.50 p.m. on the 7th inst, the enemy having accepted all our conditions. la conformity with this agreed capitu lation, representatives from both sides, entrusted to transfer and receive the fortress, and others, will meat at 10 a.m. on the 9th, and the delivery of the fortress is expected to take place on the 10th instant.

In the battle from the night of the 6th until the following morn ing, we captured about 2,300 prisoners. The Anglo-Japan casualties were :-

Reuter's correspondent at Tokyo raports that Baron Suzuki, Vice-Minister of the Navy, has said that Japan will administer Tsingtau during the war and afterwards open negotiations with Chios.
An official message from Tokyo states that the Japaness casualties in the final action prior to the surrender of Teingtau were 38 killed and 182 wounded.
