Goodward, a dépositor in the National Penny Bank (Limited) (now in liquida tion), who appeared on behalf of himself and the other depositors in the bank, for an order for tho administration of a trust created under the articles of association of the company and known as the depositors' account. It was atsted that section 23 of the articles of association provided that moneye received
