All that piece or parcel of ground registered in the Land. Office as The Remaining Portion of Section C of Marine Lot No. 63A together with the messuages and premises thereon known as Nos. 29 and 31 Wing Wo Strect and including a certain right of way over the whole of Wing Wo Street.
The raid premises are held for the term of 981 years from the, 26th day of December 1861 creat- ed therein by the Crown Lease of the said Lot dated the 4th day of July 1862 and made between Queen Victoria of the one part and Frederick Horsen Block of the other part subject to the pay- ment of the Crown Rent and toj the observance and performance of the Lessee's covenants thorein reserved and contained.
