All that piece or parcel off ground registered in the Landi Office as The Remaining Portion of Section U of Marins Lot No. 63 A together with the messuages and premises thereon known as Nos. 29 an 31 Wing Wo Street and including a certain right f way over the whole of Wing Wo Street.
The vaid premises are bold for the term of 991 years from the 26th day of December 1861 creat ed therein by the Crown Lease of the said Lot dated the 4th day of July 1869 and made betwech Queen Victoria of the one part and Frederick Horsen Block of the other part subject to the pay ment of the Crown Ront and to the observance and performancy of the Lessco's covenants therein reserved and contained.

6. The prices of provisions imported from countries other than China (excepting those above enumerated) may not be raised more than 15 per cent, above the retail prices prevailing in the Colony on the 28th July, 1014.
Note-In consideration of the loss sustained by discount on sub sidiary coinage, payment for all articles of food not exceeding in value (excepting the articles enumerated in clause 6) shall if made n subsidiary coin be subject to an additional chargo of 7 per cent
