There seems ... nearly brought for adding further information than that given in the Returns except that I would mention that W. Kydd's case was, before the Legislative Council, and that body votes the amount required for retaining Mr Kydd's services pending the Completion of extra work at the Pererom which Sir Richard Macdonnell had initiated, Reservoir.
