that fully and come to the conclusion the our Ordinance for Examination of Prisoners is silent as to the effect which the answer of one prisoner, or refusal to answer, may have upon the position of another prisoner when both are charged in the same information.

this, which seems to me a subject of the greatest importance, was not alluded to in the Council and probably did not occur to any Member, certainly not to myself.

In conclusion, it seems to me that the whole subject is replete with difficulties which increase as the subject is further considered.
