the 23rd February last I am directed by Earl of Kimberley to transmit to you for the information of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty

a copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hongkong stating that the claim for £44-12-9 for naval Stores supplied to the Local Government had been settled in the Colony.
