This morning in the Summary Court, before Mr. Justice Haze- land, the "Robinson Piano Co., Ltd. Des Voeux Road Central, sued Miss Claru Blanch, 37 Wynd- ham Street, claiming the sum of $149,50 alleged to be balance due for goods sold and delivered.

The defendant paid $68.50 into court alleging that sum to be suflicient to meet the claim.

Mr. R. O. Faithfull appeared for the plaintiff and Mr. Davidson, Mesara. Hastings und Hastings, for the defence,

Mr. Faithfull reminded his Lordship that ho adjourned the case ou Monday in order to enable him to move the court for non-suit instead of his giving judgment for the defendant us his friend wanted.
