HOTEL PROPRIETOR SUED.

Accountant's Claim for over

Four Thousand Dollars. In the Supreme Court, this morning, bafore Mr. Justice H. H. J. Gompertz, I. P. Watson, 13, Vic- toria Street, an secountant, sued Friederich Reichmann, proprietor of the Grand Hotel, for the sum of $4,178 43, balance due from the defendant of money lent by the plaintif to the defendant and money paid by the plaintiff to various persons or firme at the request and on behalf of the defendant, between May 12, 1911 and January 6, 1912.
