Fire Insurances-China Fires have sellers at $145. Hongkong Fires are enquired for a 2368.
Shipping :--Hongkong, Canton and Macao Steamboats continue on offer at 82812. Douglases can be obtained at 834. Ster Ferries have been done at $47 and more shares are obtainable. Indo-Chinas have been placed at $70 and $69 closing with further sellers at the latter rate. Shell Transports have firmed up to 107/8 buyers in London. Business has been done at various rates from 105 to 107/8.
Dooks Wharves and Godowns:Hongkong and Whampoa Docks have changed hande in fair quantities at 869 cash and 870 April closing with sellers at $70 cash, Kowloon Wharves have declined to $83 sellers without leading to business. Shanghai Dook are unchanged at Tls, 57. Hongkow Wharvos, bave declined to Tls, 94 buyers.
