51. A similar objection may with equal justice be entirely against any proceeding on the first charge, that of failing to send in Requisitions at the proper dates. I have already been severely reprimanded for any neglect of which I have been guilty in respect of this matter by Letter No. 487 of the 13th October 1871, and that reprimand has been placed on record.
Since that date there have been no further delinquencies on my part.
25. The third charge, in so far as it is included in one and two, is open to the same objection. It was disposed of by the reprimand conveyed in Letter No. 407 of the 13th October, 1871, above referred to, and cannot now be reopened.
