Sir Havilland de Sausmarez, Chief Justice, H. B. M. Supreme Court of China (President), His Honour Sir William Roes Davies (Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hongkong) and His HonourMr. H. H. J. Gompertz, (Paise Judge) continued in Full Court of Appeal at the Supreme Court, Hongkong, this morning.
The case was one in which Ho San Lam, alias Ho Ngok Law, ap- pellant, asked that the judgmen of the Chief Justice in the case of Ho Chin Lam, alias Ho Yin Tong v Ho San Lam, in favour of the plaintiff be set aside and a now trial be ordered before's judge, and jury.
