for the sum of $1,000.
Mr P.M. Hodgson, the Assist ant Crown Solicitor, asked for the oase to be adjourned sine die as he wanted full particulare from Mr Norrington (solicitor for the plaintiff). He had written to his friend several times and he could not get an answer from him, Mr Norrington asked what the particulars were?.
Mr Hodgson want to know the numbers of the notes alleged to be missing.
His Lordship: I don't know anything about notes; it is something about a black bag,
