In their natural surrou"> dings too, will be some amazing Finsects and small reptiles and a wonderful collection of snakes. Then there will be, no aquarium for all sorts of curious fish, like the butterfly fish, which is so named because it is just like a butterfly.
"A collection of waterfowl will, be rean swimming on artificial Jakes, and a number of parrots, macaws, cockatoos and smaller birds will be in aviaries 80 constructed that they will ap- pear almost at liberty.
"For children there will Le all sorts of animals to ride on omela, llamas, dromedaries elephants, mules, goats, and particularly some little Asiatic donkeys. There will be a large collection of monkeys, also appa- rently at liberty. At Hamburg the monkeys are at liberty on what is known as monkey rock. It is the latest. invention in the famous Thier Park and is one of the principal sights there at the present time. It was only after some years devoted to experiments that Carl Hagenteck discovered the method of showing monkeya without putting them behind ar dinary iron bote. To the visitor to Olympia who may not have besu to Hamburg I rather want the method to come as a pleasant surprise,
