At last, after more than two months of waiting for something to happen in the America's up question, it is announced that the articles of agreement between the Royal Ulster Yacht Club sad the Now York Yacht Club have been signed, and that the races will be held, an agreed upon, on Sep tember 10, 12 and 15, and other following days in 1914; if more than three racem are macOSKATY. The announcement is made by the New York Yacht Club which also states that the pre- sent racing rules of the club will govern the cup races, and that the time limit for the race has been increased to six hours. Further information is withheld pending a special meeting of the Club, which is to be called soon after the arrival in this country of the signed agreement from the challenging club.
