BENEFIT. CONCERT.

A very excellent opgert was given last evening at the R.E. Theatre, Wellington Barracks, the, proceeds of which are for the benefit of Sapper L. Rouse R.E. who lost his leg as the result of an accident. The first part of the programme was devoted to in- strumental and vocal items, and

the second to the "Area Belle” a farce, which while it has been already played in Hongkong, was deoldadly worth

rapaating, Among the vocaliste special men tion should be made of Messrs Wi B. Cawsey and R. E. White who
