The I.G.M. S. Luetzow carry- ing the German Maila with dates from Berlin of the 23rd July left Singapore on the 15th inst., p.m. and may be expected here on or about the 20th inst., at daylight.

The N.Y.K. 8.s. Kumano Maru (Australian Line) left Thursday Island for this port via Manila on the 14th Inst, and is expected on the 25th inst.
The S. & E. es. St. Albans left Sydney on 6th inst., for this port via Queensland Ports Port Dar win and Manila and may be, ex- peoted to arrive here on 30th inst. MERCHANT STEAMERS.
