Rubber and Tea Investors.

Presiding at the meeting of the Rubber and Tes Investors' Trust, Mr. P.J. Burgess said that there had been a further depreciation in their holdings. They were making a proposal that would wipe off the 58. liability on the shares of the company. They proposed to write down their ospital from £75,000, divided into 75,000 shares of £1 each, to "£37,500, divided into 75,000 shares of 10. each, which would do away with the Ga. liability. They thought that was the beat thing they could do, as it would place the shareholders who had put their money in the company three years ago in a better pcsi- tion, as they would not have to wait until that liability was writ
